inpsyde_phone-home_checkin cron event is blocking wpcron tasks

inpsyde_phone-home_checkin plugin cron task is blocking all the cron events in my site.

I have this problem in more than 10 sites using Backwpup plugin.

To fix it manually you can run this wp-cli command but I think this is not the great solution wp cron event run --due-now
