maximum angle shall be configurable

A wowedit shader for this was shipped once, which may be used to get that default maximum angle confirmed.

default maximum angle is 0.6427876353 in the client, whatever this translates to

It's been suggested that the float is a % of a 90° angle. So 0.64 * 90 = 57°
