[xcmsSet] improvement about spectra filter

just an improvement on xcmsSet tool : add "(sec)" when you can enter a filter on retention time ! :) @yguitton

Do you mean something in the help or in the label or a converter minute in second?

It is just something in the label or in the name (I don't know the better way) but just specify somewhere because I tried with minutes the first time and didn't know why it didn't work :)

Just something like "(sec)" at the end of label should be good I think !
