I've designed a unique clock that strikes the hours. Thanks to Wokwi and six months of effort, it works well and I've learned a lot. One of the things that I've learned is that it would be useful to update the time by means of hardware update. I think the simplest way to do that would be to make the SQW pin active at all times with the standard 1-Hz signal. It would be nice to have the other features, i.e program-enabled, but the 1 Hz signal would be critical to update my design. Thanks for everything you do. ~Mike
