Add Arduino Nano ESP32 board

We use the Arduino Nano ESP32 board on a Jumperless breadboard for our projects.

As there is already a simulation of the processor and an Arduino Nano board available it should be easy to provide a combination yielding the Arduino Nano ESP32.
