Bring back setting project as unlisted for everyone for free

Unfortunately I'm not EFF member of another kind of activist to write a good reasoning, but I'm pretty sure missing privacy, i.e. forcing people to have all their projects public unless they pay, is just wrong.

Before the enhancements I suggested in #517 and #518, marking projects as unlisted was actually possible for free, just not clearly visible. So you fixed the visibility part, but in the process the freedom of choice has disappeared, becoming hidden behind a paywall.

So I have a number of unlisted projects from the past, but with every new project I'm paywalled from privacy.

I use Wokwi only for fun, and to share some snippets with friends. I want to keep the code between me and them, unless I decide to publish something. With the way it is currently, even though I love what Wokwi is, I don't feel I can use or recommend it any longer.
