Re-order file tabs

Being able to drag and drop file tabs would be very useful to organise files.

Sometimes I create a new file and it would be better suited if I could move it next to a related file.

Better yet would be a file/folder explorer panel similar to something like Visual Studio has, but at least the drag/drop to re-order tabs would be great!
