fix: re-render on theme prop changes

See #2539 for explanation. Added useEffect to update styles when theme prop changes.

Leaving this here as it might help those waiting for this to be merged. For me, the latest update of react-native-paper to 5.14.1 together with version 1.312.0 of this library seems to fix the issue.
