NPM: Cannot find module 'steamauth'

steamauth doesn't appear to be in the npm registry anymore. Please fix that.

Okay, I really needed it to be on npmjs, so I added it myself. https://www.npmjs.com/package/steamauth If you want me to transfer ownership later, I'll happy to do that.
