libuiohook upstream changes

Hey,

I am wondering if you know what patches from libuiohook you guys have applied locally. I am asking because I am working on the upstream project right now and there have been a number of changes that have been added recently and I have no idea what is in the local here that was required. Let me know; I would be happy to merge some of your changes upstream as well.

I added some notes on how to fix it. Upstream now has cmake and nightly builds on the 1.2 branch.
