Add disabled prop to render without interaction

Sometimes it can be nice to render a slider that should not be changed by the user. This pull request adds a prop disabled that disabled touch, keyboard and click inputs.

This feature seems to be really wanted, I would also like to have it. Is there any chance to be merged at some point or you don't like the solution ?
