What is the issue with the DOM Standard?

Unfortunately dom.bs is now too large for GitHub.

We can use Searchfox similar to what we do for HTML. We'll need a volunteer to do the following:

Add a whatwg-dom dir in https://github.com/mozsearch/mozsearch-mozilla/ much like whatwg-html?
