Suggestion : use custom DNS

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your project!

I would like to suggest a new feature: I would like to be able to force specific DNS (ex: 1.1.1.1) in the docker-compose.yml so it would not use the DNS from the host nor from the VPN server.

Would it be possible to implement this?
