Possible to do a health check for open ports?

Hello! Mullvad has an issue right now where the open port closes every couple of hours for some reason. Restarting the container fixes the problem, but I have to do it manually every time. Is it possible to configure some sort of health check that checks if the port is open, and if it isn't, restarts the container?
