Yes, to reproduce this easily: * If you press `option`-`e` and then the character `e` you should get `é` but you get `´é` instead.

I think for this we might need to ignore the `KeyboardEvent` when `isComposing` is true as this used to indicate a composition is happening. See also: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Element/compositionstart_event
