Does not generate preview image if plantuml source specifies a name

if a name is specified in plantuml after @startuml then it generates the image (svg, png etc) with that name. If this is not specified the image generated will have the same name as the plantuml source file name. The previewer generates the image with the specifies name but does not copy it to the viewer directory. If the name is not specified then the image is copied.
