Extract annotation similar to Zotero (zotfile)

Is it possible to extract annotations (highlights) without get the "Highlights on page N", "Content", "Comment" headings? Additionally, Is it possible to get page correctly (not the current PDF numbering)?

As far as I know, Zotero can extract the annotation with correct page numbering. Thus, I think that the same could be done here.

If you haven't already, check out https://github.com/fuxialexander/org-pdftools. Not exactly Zotero's "extract annotations" but pulls the content from highlighted text as you annotate in a regular org-mode bullet with org-noter-insert-note.
