CJK handle in Chart

I think this is a feature request for CJK characters (twice size of Latin letters) display right.

Are you sure that CJK characters are twice size of Latin letters? I think it depends on the font, e.g. Courier New is not the case. If you have an idea to handle the alignment of CJK characters, please suggest. Thanks!

It's true that it depends on user settings of monospace fonts, see

I think we can add an option, which is choice whether to use twice width of CJK.
