Multi-get/autoget XDCC script, like Klipper (mIRC)/xdcc_autoget.pl (irssi)

I am looking for the functionality of Klipper on mIRC or xdcc_autoget on irssi - submit packlist numbers like 1-10 or 1,3,7,9 or whatever and the script downloads the files from these numbers automatically, waiting for free slots on the XDCC bots.

Is there anything similar out there for WeeChat already?

As a reminder, this repository only hosts scripts from external contributors, it is not used to make requests for new scripts, even if someone could take the idea and implement such scripts (but there's absolutely no guarantee this would happen).
