Propose to have a script/plugin for "key bindings" similar to the iset interface

I know this idea has been tossed around before, but I'd like to officially add it to the feature requests.

Making a new key binding tends to seem either hard or kludgie at times. I even had times when a bad key binding would muck up even trying to fix and redo the broken/bad binding using /key, the only way I could fix it and remove it was to shutdown weechat and remove the problem line in weechat.conf and then restarting weechat.

It would be much simpler, especially for newbies, if there was a "/key buffer" for editing/creating new key bindings, similar to the way iset or script does it using a dedicated buffer.

Or, maybe it would be feasible to add editing of key bindings to the iset interface itself.
