[Bug]: web.archive.org not archiving or playing properly

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

many different captures from archive.org and when i try to replay it, it does collapses right away and i am not sure if it is a capturing issue or relaying issue.

here is a link as an example https://web.archive.org/web/20160528151731/http://syrianewsdesk.com/?p=14151 as i try to capture it. it does not seem to have any issues or not that i can detect. when i go to try to play it, it shows up for less than a second and then goes blank.
