[Feature]: Provide keyboard shortcuts for: starting recording, stop recording, and downloading .wacz

Context

When I need to archive a bunch of pages in a row, it's a bit slow to click in navbar popup and press "start recording" and "stop recording" + then go to the extension list page to download the .wacz.

What change would you like to see?

It would be great if ArchiveWeb.page could provide keyboard shortcuts for the 3 most common tasks:

1. Starting a recording
2. Stopping a recording
3. Downloading the recording .wacz to your ~/Downloads

That way you can casually archive stuff as you browse without interrupting your flow too much.
