Vimeo Download Video button working incorrectly

While testing changes for https://github.com/webrecorder/wabac.js/pull/134 I noticed that the download button doesn't seem to work correctly on Vimeo.

Here's an archive I created using the ArchiveWeb.Page extension: vimeo-test.wacz.zip

In the screenshot below you'll notice the download failed: IMG_20230724_125451

Even though if I specifically view the file, it'll download correctly as expected: image
