OpenJS Header Type is too big in relation to the rest of the header

There isn't a font-size set on the header text we added so it looks too big in that little top header. Need to bump down the size to 1.2rem.

@sarvaje I was planning to make this change myself. It's not super important but I have a few other things to tackle that I can add this to.
