Initialization doesn't create notes templates

Not sure if this is related, when creating a new course, I get an error at the notes creation. I noticed that it was trying to copy 00-Introduction.Rmd to the notes folder, however there is not Rmd in the templates folder. I commented out the line copying the Rmd, reran and it completed.
