This is a cleanup of the Mnemonic Wallet Creation flow migrate the list from being a single string to an Array improved randomBytes generation

General notes for now: Please add a description for the PR. Also indicate if it makes any breaking API changes, and if so please highlight them. Add doc-style comments into the code for any functions added, or modified. I will do a full review later, when I have a chance.
