They look the same to me. @mattl, can you investigate why this is a failure on the dashboard?

I think there's still some problem here. This test passes in content_shell and opening the test and ref in a vanilla Chrome they look the same. Firefox too. Would need to see the pixel results and where it's claimed to differ to make sense of the failure.
