Home page UI Occasional jitter.

There is a noticeable shaking effect on the homepage when accessed on both mobile and desktop devices. This shaking occurs during the loading process and disrupts the user experience, particularly when elements are being adjusted or loaded.

Reproduce Steps

pnpm run build with rsdoctor , the overall page of reports maybe have this problem.
