[Optimize]: delete the Rsdoctor’s tag code.

What problem does this feature solve?

This issue( #345) has added the Rsdoctor‘s tag code to production. This code should be delete before emitAssets.

But the bundle parsing is on the done pharse, so this need should migarate the bundle parsing first.
