Add contextdata vectoretl
Description
VectorETL is a modular no-code framework which allows developers to easily:
- Extract data from multiple sources (e.g. Databases, Object storage, Operational Systems)
- Convert the data to vector embeddings
- Write the embeddings to all major vector databases (including Weaviate) ...all using a config file

Hi @jogunjobi,
I was able to run the VectorETL notebook end-to-end!
I have one suggestion -- can we explain that there are three other yaml examples at the beginning of the notebook? We should stick to one example or write a readme explaining the other three scenarios. Appreciate it!
Thank you, @jogunjobi!
