Milestone for 1.0?

Hope this hasn't been brought up in another place, but can we have a milestone put in place for when this project will get to 1.0? I really like using it and feel that it is really pretty close to 1.0 so I would just like to know what's holding up publishing the official 1.0?

Soon I believe it will stabilize the release.
