Feature Request: Hide Edit/Preview Selectors

Hey there and thank you very much for a fantastic app. This is a small feature request: It is already possible to enable the "Lock Swiping" option in the settings menu to disable swipes as a method to switch between preview and edit mode. Since screen space is a somewhat limited resource on phones, I would suggest to implement the "inverse" option as well, namely to hide the "edit" and "preview" tab buttons on the bottom. I would be incredibly happy to have saved that screen space and switch between the two modes by swiping only.

Hey, and thanks for the complement! I'll add this to my todo list as a configurable option in the menu

Actually I'm in the wrong issue. I meant Issue #65. I'd consider that issue solved since now the Edit/Preview Selectors* are part of the top toolbar.

Anyway, I tend to enable Lock Swiping so I'd comfortably be able to scroll horizontally inside code blocks.

In that case, it's better to optionally auto-hide Edit/Preview Selectors rather than hide it permanently.

I too would like this feature, once you see how the slide works it is really useless to have the buttons that clutter up.

edit: I would also hide the options when there is a virtual keyboard, at least on devices with a small screen
