Add a tool to build ArchLinux and FreeBSD packages

Hi team,

ArchLinux is a popular rolling-release distribution where Wazuh can be compiled and installed but we don't provide any official port for this OS. FreeBSD is in a similar situation, a popular distribution where Wazuh can be compiled and installed but we don't provide any official packages or ports for this distribution.

Packages for these distributions are frequently requested by the community and it will be a great addition to the project, making easier to install Wazuh in those OS.

Tools for Arch Linux are already present https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-packages/tree/master/arch
