Change OVA system due to EOL

It is necessary to research and choose a new operating system to use in the OVA package once CentOS 7 reaches its EOL, so that we can make the pertinent changes and carry out the necessary testing.

Currently CentOS 7 EOL is set for June 30, 2024.
