Developer Docs for depending on JER in other mods.

I had spoken to you via Discord about getting some docs for the mod on how to integrate with it within mods for mod developers and you asked me to leave you a reminder here.

I come to ask if you could provide an example for things like ore gen or provide a wiki that could help guide us when making JER a soft dependency of other mods when/if you have the time to do so for a few people have tried to look through the code and figure it out and not had much luck today but granted we are not usually ones to depend on other mods as devs :S

Never really got around to making proper documentation so yeah would still be valid :D
