STT in Lite Mode

In Lite mode the fetch customisations for the STT node returns an error, which when displayed is causing alarm. Need to moderate this text to the effect that only customisations are not available, and the STT functionality is unaffected.

Tested this in preparation for V 0.6.0 release, but was unable to reproduce making use of Translator Lite, running Node-Red locally, without IBM Cloud binding to the service.
