Set up Infrastructure for the project

We should have some infrastrucutre to build and test. And Netlify should be set up to serve the app 😄

This should be done by @syrusakbary 😄 Things on Netlify seem to be working, we just need an azure pipeline for testing that the project can be built successfully 😄 👍 Tests can come later
