Can't open MATLAB pool

The version of MATLAB is 2017a. There is no setting of MATLAB pool and there is setting of parool. How to modify -%% Step0: Opening MATLAB pool

@huanying3200 sorry for late replay，different Matlab version may have different method to open it，you can check its help document，but open Parallel tool is not necessary step，it's only for speed，skip it if you can't open it
