Include my angular projects

How i include this theme to my angular projects ? Thanks before

To be honest, you CAN'T. I followed all was said ie

  1. clone repository
  2. change to the directory.
  3. run npm i
  4. run ng serve -o

It didn't even compile and neither did it display. I already have @angular/cli installed globally and all i got was nothing. This is very sad.
