Add support for lumbar

Should prompt user which build system to use, require or lumbar. If lumbar should create a project like the one here:

We need to get intelligent about how we use templates and such, as we could end up with a lot of generated code.

whats the priority of this? Is the cognitive overhead for new users worth it? Should we build out the simple method then add this? Or should I add this tomorrow?

High priority. Let's bake this in sooner as it may add a bit of complexity to tests and view/model/collection generators.
