[Feature]: A way to exclude folders

Describe the feature you'd like.

I would like to have this functionality because the extension does not work for me as it does not have access to the database folder, and this makes me unable to use it.

Console Ninja should not fail if it can't access certain folders. Can you please provide some more details about your project structure and why exactly the extension doesn't work for you at the moment?
