[Feature]: Support running multiple multi-root workspace projects at the same time

Right now, Console Ninja Select Multi-Root Workspace Project command may be used to select a specific single project of multi-root workspace to run the tool on.

The feature request is to support running multiple multi-root workspace projects at the same time.

• how many projects do you have in your workspace?
• does your workspace consist of a single monorepo projects?

I'm generally running 5 projects in my multi-root workspace right now and could definitely use this.

The ability to select which ones are being worked with here would be great. I'm generally only working with 2-3 of these projects at a time (1 app and 1-2 libraries used in the app) and generally wouldn't need things running on all of the projects all the time.
