Proving the upper boundary is only part of solution, because the question is to prove also lower boundary.

Yes, it looks like that. But the issues are not only for the owner - I hope they will help others to understand solutions better, or maybe even to fix them. I agree, that it would be ideal to create PRs, if you can.
