Specify in `csharprepl -h` how multiple _Key Bindings_ options interact

Feature Description

In csharprepl -h it reads that every option under the Key Binding section "Can be specified multiple times". The rest of the text does not specify how multiple of the same Key Binding options interact. I believe this information should be under csharprepl -h.
