Support detailed output for NuGet install

Feature Description

Currently, output scrolls and is deleted when finished (see #113).

It would be good to disable scrolling and final clear when #r is submitted with a detailed output request.

When standard (=without detailed output) install ends with an error it could immediately suggest in the error message what keybindings would result in detailed output.
