Way to retrieve list of closed groups

Unless I missed it, I don't think there is a way to retrieve the list of now-closed groups; I'm in particular interested in data on former WGs/IGs.

When I was actually using W3C group membership data in my software, I absolutely needed to know when someone joined and when they left, and of course it didn't matter if the group was still open. (This was commonscribe, which automated more of scribing, and had to know who was in the group at the time of the meeting to recognize names. If it lost access when the group shut down, the minutes would all break.)

@jean-gui I don't need it for the particular use case that triggered this issue, but as @sandhawke points out, I'm sure there are other use cases that would benefit from it.

Can we please please have this? I just ran into an other archeology case to answer a question from a Member. Luckily, I was able to access the Group info using the ID but I needed to find the ID first...
