Leverage "superseded-by" info from W3C API

The Open Screen Protocol was superseded by the Open Screen Application Protocol and the Open Screen Network Protocol. The W3C API returns that information in a superseded-by property, but the code currently does not look into it to fill the obsoletedBy property on our side.
