Permissions table got deleted accidentally

My permissions and role_has_permissions table got deleted accidentally, Later when I tried to restore the table and its contents. Im not able to view any sidebar resources using the admin account like I used to before.

Is there any other thing I have to do rather than just restoring the above mentioned tables?

To resolve the issue, you'll need to manually revoke each user's permission and then reassign it.
