[Bug report] build fail with vite plugin @vitejs/plugin-legacy

Description

vuepress-next not support legacy browser default. so it can be resolve by using @vitejs/plugin-legacy. However, when I import @vitejs/plugin-legacy for my project, such an error be capture.

Closing as it has been stale for a long time.

We are not planning to support it for now. It would require lots of investigation and refactoring. The RIO it is too low to support such legacy things.
