Bug - PWA doesn't evict when new deployment

We have PWA installed. But it seems have unexpected behaviour. When we have new deployment, we expect to reload the cache. User can be accessed expired content and need reset all of his storage manually.

Need to find solution to be auto evict the cache in every deployment.
